Mock Multiple Mini Interview (MMI)

The Pre-Professional Advising Office is offering mock MMIs. These will be open to all students applying this cycle.  Please keep an eye on the Pre-Health Listserv for additional dates or protocol changes.

What is the mock Multiple Mini Interview (MMI) format?

We offer two formats: full and mini.

The full mock MMI has 8 stations.  The first and last are group activity stations in which you will be paired with one or more students to complete the assigned activity.*  The other six stations are individual.

*In the event that we have a no-show, one of the group activities will instead be a writing station.

The mini mock MMI has 3 stations.  All are individual.

For both the full and mini versions, you will have 8 minutes per station.  2 to read the prompt, and 6 to address it.  There will be a 1 minute transition period between stations.

How will I receive feedback on my performance?

You will be emailed a form which compiles all the feedback from your interviewers.  Because the format of the mock MMI is meant to simulate what happens during an actual interview, you will not receive immediate feedback at the stations.

No-Show & Cancellation Policy

Due to high demand, if you no-show, you will not be allowed to register for another date.  If you are unable to attend, please email premed@uga.edu no later than 24 hours prior to your interview so that we can offer the spot to another student.

Dates & Registration

We will not offer Full Mock MMIs in Fall 2020 due to the in-person nature of this event. Our Mini Mock MMIs will be conducted using a modified format via Zoom to ensure the safetly of both our students and our staff. All feedback will be provided immediately after the interview.

Please note that we can only offer one mock MMI and one recorded mock interview per student due to high demand.

To request a modified Mini Mock MMI, please complete the form below.  We will only do mock interviews for students who have been invited to interview at a school which uses the MMI format.

We will do our best to accommodate you, but we can make no guarantees if you submit your request less than 5 business days prior to your interview.
